Subject: Service-oriented architecture in infrastructure systems (17.ESI093)

General information:

Category Professional-applicative
Scientific or art field Primenjeno softversko inženjerstvo
ECTS 6

The purpose of this course is acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge about large scale supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Protocols for interconnection and integrations are also considered.

By acquiring theoretical knowledge, solving real-life problems and developing independent projects students will gain qualification to develop and manage large scale SCADA.

Automation and control systems background. Large scale SCADA. SCADA communication and integration by utilizing following protocols: ICCP, DNP3, IEC 104, IEC 61850. AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) protocols. Tools for protocol supervising and analysis. The use in infrastructure system software model. Algorithms overview and data model in infrastructure systems. Numeric calculations in infrastructure systems.

Lectures; Computer Practice; Consultations.
