Detail study of design principles of simulators for critical mission infrastructure systems
Acquiring knowledge, skills and capacities for active approach in designing of simulators for critical mission infrastructure systems.
Simulation environment for development and testing of control applications for critical mission infrastructure systems. Purpose and types of SCADA simulation systems. Protocol analyzers. Field simulators – discrete and analog simulation – terms and characteristics. Dispatcher training systems/simulators. Examples of critical mission infrastructure systems. The use in infrastructure system software model. Algorithms overview and data model in infrastructure systems. Numeric calculations in infrastructure systems.
Lectures; Computer practice; Consultations. Throughout the computer practice student is required to complete practically oriented tasks.
