Subject: Management of Small and Medium Enterprise (17.EI504 )
Familiarization with the problems of managing small and medium enterprises with special emphasis on the specificities of their business. The focus is on theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of SME management, especially important for concrete economic practice, that is, business of given enterprises in contemporary market conditions.
Ability to involve students in the process of managing a small and medium enterprise. In addition, they will be able to identify the key advantages and disadvantages of the selected organizational forms of the enterprise, especially in relation to the complexity of business activities and the availability of financial resources, in the function of growth and development of small and medium enterprises.
