Educational goal:
Acquisition of basic knowledge in the field of biologically inspired technologies.
Educational outcome:
Understanding the basics of biologically inspired technologies: understanding the principles of work and the use of biologically inspired technologies. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team of engineers to understand and solve problems related to the application of biologically inspired technologies. Ability to search relevant literature and other forms of information in the field of biologically inspired technologies and the ability to present research results.
Course content:
Selected chapters from one or more of the following subspecies of biologically inspired technologies: smart devices and biologically inspired technologies; smart systems and biologically inspired technologies; sensors and biologically inspired technologies; analogue modules and biologically inspired technologies; digital modules and biologically inspired technologies; microprocessors and biologically-inspired technologies; microcontrollers and biologically-inspired technologies; Internet and biologically inspired technologies; automotive industry and biologically inspired technologies; cognitive processes (perception, senses, early processes of cognitive processing, operational memory, long-term memory, integrative functions, experiment, attention, language, memory, practical models) as the basis of biologically inspired technologies.
