Understanding the principles of work and structure from the selected topics of biomedical instrumentation; knowledge of diagnostic methods in selected topics of biomedical engineering; Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team of engineers and doctors to understand and solve problems related to biomedical instruments; the ability to search for relevant literature and other forms of information in the field of biomedical instrumentation; good knowledge and understanding of the application of engineering principles in the field of biomedical instrumentation.

Types and characteristics of the biomedical measurement-acquisition systems: measured quantities, Ranges of the measured quantities, Frequency ranges of the measured quantities and standard measurement methods. Transducers in biomedical measurement-acquisition systems. Signal conditioning in the biomedical measurement-acquisition systems.
