Course content:
The process of market research (problem definition and research objectives, determine the data sources and types of research, the establishment of methods and forms for data collection, determination of sample types and primary data collection, data analysis and interpretation of results, preparation of reports). Teaching methods:
Part of teaching is done through an independent research in the field of postal services market research. Research work includes active monitoring of the applied methods of market analisys and writing papers in the narrow scientific area in which doctoral dissertation belongs to. Lectures. Consultations.
