Presenting the students with basic notions, structure, procedures and outcomes of project management in stage design and architecture.

Identity, strategy, mission, and vision of projects. Organizational structure and culture, philosophy of business, and visual identity of projects. Different approaches to project management. Concepts and planning of projects. Formation of the financial project framework. Professional and technical project realization. Project result evaluation.
