MATERIJALNA I NEMATERIJALNA MOTIVACIJA U PROIZVODNOM PREDUZEĆU

Apstrakt
Osnovni cilj ovog rada jeste da istraži finansijske i nefinansijske nagrade koje utiču na motivaciju zaposlenih u proizvodnom preduzeću. Cilj istraživanja je pružanje informacije o dominantnim faktorima značajnim za radnu motivaciju ispitanika. Istraživanje je sprovedeno tokom maja meseca, 2019. godine na uzorku od 105 ispitanika zaposlenih u proizvodnom preduzeću u Šapcu. Uzorkom su obuhvaćeni ispitanici oba pola, različite starosne dobi, različite obrazovne strukture, dužine radnog staža. Primenjen je upitnik sačinjen od strane autora rada, za potrebe istraživanja, osmišljen da ispita uticaj materijalnih i nematerijalnih faktora na radnu motivaciju.
