Ovaj rad obuhvata ključne aspekte specifikacije i razvoja softvera, sa fokusom na metodologije proširenja postojećeg softvera sa ciljem zadovoljavanja klijentskih zahteva. Rad obuhvata analizu tržišta, konkurenata, predloge rešenja, procenu uticala i napora predloženih ideja, dizajn korisničkog interfejsa i podelu zadataka, kao i način promocije i praćenja korisnika nove funkcionalnosti upravljanja sastancima odbora u okviru Capcade aplikacije.
