ULOGA SKRAM MASTERA I VLASNIKA PROIZVODA U USPEŠNOM UPRAVLJANJU PROJEKTIMA

Apstrakt
U okviru ovog rada predstavljen je pojam projekta kao jedinstvenog procesa kojim je potrebno upravljati, kao i različite metode upravljanja projektima. Takođe, u radu se opisuju uloge skram mastera i vlasnika proizvoda, potrebne za uspešno upravljanje projektima realizovanim prema skram okviru. Istraživački deo rada bavi se ispitivanjem načina implementacije skram okvira u IT industriji i prikupljanjem podataka o tome koliko je relevantno da skram master i vlasniк proizvoda poseduju tehničko znanje
