STRATEGIJA DIGITALNE TRANSFORMACIJE NA PRIMERU KOMPANIJE “MONTOP HRS”

Apstrakt
Rad obuhvata teorijsku i praktičnu analizu primene digitalne transformacije u oblasti ljudskih resursa. Praktična primena digitalne transformacije u pomenutoj oblasti je prikazana na realnom primeru kompanije koja posluje u ovoj oblasti. U radu je prikazano trenutno stanje u kompaniji u kontekstu digitalne transformacije, a predložena su i potencijalna unapređenja u vidu digitalnih platformi, orijentisanih na strateški uspeh kompanije.
