Apstrakt

Cilj ove studije slučaja je da korišćenjem primera izrade konfiguratora Küng Nido Indoor sauna predstavi konfiguratore kao alatku koja omogućava kupcima da učestvuje u procesu kreiranja proizvoda i da ih na taj način prilagode svojim potrebama.
