Apstrakt
Značajne mere preduzete u pogledu poslovanja svoj fokus usmeravaju ka kontinualnom unapređenju kako konkretnih proizvodnih procesa, tako i poslovanja preduzeća u celini. Upravo na takvim osnovama preteča efektivnog poslovanja u okvirima turbulentnih odnosa tržišta temelji se na implementaciji Lean prilaza. Ovaj rad demonstrira primenu Poka-Yoke uređaja u industriji nameštaja, čija su rešenja detaljno objašnjena i uvedena u proces proizvodnje posmatranog preduzeća..
