Apstrakt
Fokus ovog rada jeste na uočavanju načina na koji se svakodnevno izvršavaju procesi rada u Sektoru za podršku garantovanom snabdevanju i predlozi za rešavanje problema kroz unapređenje organizacije izvršavanja poslovnih procesa i kao i unapređenje upravljanja istim.
