Apstrakt
Poslovna inteligencija je naziv za proces prikupljanja, obrade i čuvanja podataka koji je podržan računarskim tehnologijama. Poboljšava proces donošenja odluka pružajući menadžmentu relevantne informacije o poslovanju. U radu je prikazana arhitektura sistema poslovne inteligencije i koristi nakon implementacije.
