EKSPERIMENTALNO ODREĐIVANJE RADNE KRIVE FOTOPOLIMERA ZA MSLA STEREOLITOGRAFIJU

Apstrakt
U radu je eksperimentalno određena radna kriva komercijalnog fotopolimera koji se koristi u stereolitografiji osvetljavanjem celoj sloja (MSLA- Masked Stereolythography). Za merenje iradijancije LCD ekrana 3D štampača, izrađen je uređaj na bazi Arduino elektronske platforme, a zatim su odštampane merne pločice korišćenjem komercijalnog fotopolimera, Elegoo Water Washable Grey. Na osnovu izmerenih debljina pločica i aktiničkih ekspozicija, primenom regresione analize dobijena je radna kriva fotopolimera.
