Apstrakt
U radu je predstavljen značaj poverenja u organizacionom ponašanju. Suština ovog istraživanja jeste da se utvrdi postojanje poverenja u orgnaizaciji, kao i postojanje posvećenosti kao jednog od predstavnika organizacionog ponašanja zaposlenih i njihov međusobni uticaj.
