UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM IMPLEMENTACIJE ERP SISTEMA

Apstrakt
Rad je usmeren na implementaciju ERP sistema (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), vodeći se metodologijama Sure Step i Scrum, koje se koriste kako bi obezbedile jasnu putanju projekta. Povlači se paralela u njihovom pristupu vođenja ERP projekta uz prikazivanje samog funkcionalnog rešenja sa isticanjem značanja učesnika i korišćenja alata.
