Apstrakt
U ovom radu predstavljeni su značaj i primena sistema za upravljanje dokumentima, kao i zahtevi koji se stavljaju pred njih, sa posebnim osvrtom na sisteme za upravljanje ugovorima. Analizom sprovedenih istraživanja i rešenja iz oblasti, uz osluškivanje trenutnih zahteva tržišta, specificirano je i implementirano rešenje za praćenje finansijskih aspekata ugovora, koje je dokumentovano u ovom radu.
