Apstrakt
U ovom radu dat je sistematski pregled literature na temu mobilne uprave, prednosti koje pruža, postojećih nedostataka i potencijalnih nadogradnji. Prikazane su studije koje su se bavile razvojem, implementacijom, usvajanjem i unapređenjem mobilne uprave.
