Apstrakt
Inovacije su jedna od osnovnih snaga u skupu pokretačkih snaga u razvoju procesa privređivanja i osnova su rasta nove vrednosti, često i ukupne dodate vrednosti pa prema tome i osnova trajanja preduzeća na tržištu. U radu je prikazana uloga i značaj inovativnih aktivnosti u menadžmentu poslovnih sistem, kao i uloga ljudskih resursa i tehnologija u stvaranju inovacija preduzeća na tržištu.

Industrijsko inženjerstvo i inženjerski menadžment
