Apstrakt
U poslovnom okruženju današnjice, najveći broj kompanija koristi timove kao sastvani deo sopstvene organizacione forme. Ovakav vid organizovanja im omogućava da na najbolji način iskoriste potencijale zaposlenih i istovremeno realizuju prethodno propisane ciljeve. Rad će prikazati osnovne faktore koji utiču na uspešnost funkcionisanja tima u E – Commerce organizacijama.
