PRIMENA NEUROLOGIJA I LIDERSTVA U PROJEKTNOM MENADŽMENTU

Apstrakt
Problematika rada usmerena je na primenu neurologije na polju liderstva u projektnom menadžmentu. Prikazan je teorijski pregled istorije projektnog menadžmenta, razvoj projektnog menadžmenta kao naučne discipline i novi prilaz, a to su neurološka ispitivanja mozga. Cilj empirijskog istraživanja je da se dobije uvid u dosadašnja znanja o neurologiji i istraživanjima koja imaju primenu u liderstva u projektnom menadžmentu u svetu i da se eventualno da predlog za novo istraživanje.
