Apstrakt
Građevinski propisi i regulative postaju sve složeniji sa sticanjem novih znanja u domenu projektovanja i izvođenja. Potreba za kompjuterski čitljivim građevinskim propisima postaje sve kritičnija. Sa razvojem BIM tehnologije, sistem automatske provere usaglašenosti postaje dostižan. BIM tehnologija, smatra se jednom od tehnologija koja ima najviše potencijala da pruži značajnu vrednost AEC (Arhitektura, Inženjering, Građevina) industriji. Ova studija takođe prikazuje da danas BIM, a pogotovo sistem provere modela, mogu biti korisna podrška pri procesu javnih nabavki, uz preduslov da javni klijent ima potpunu kontrolu nad procesom i da može definisati jasne i precizne zahteve.
