Apstrakt
U radu su dati rezultati rešavanja problema havarije rotornog bagera SRs 1200 24/4 (G2) koja se dogodila 6. aprila 1995. godine, na površinskom kopu Polje "D", RB Kolubara, Lazarevac, Elektroprivreda Srbije. Problem je rešavan korišćenjem metoda Ekonomične proizvodnje:" 5 Zašto?", FMECA, Nemavaši, Konsenzus, Izveštaj A3.
