UTICAJ KARAKTERISTIKA LIDERA NA ANGAŽOVANJE ZAPOSLENIH

Apstrakt

Cilj rada je istraživanje uticaja karakteristika lidera na angažovanje zaposlenih. Problem istraživanja može se predstaviti pitanjem: da li postoji povezanost između intenziteta angažovanja zaposlenih u radu i intenziteta određenih karakteristika lidera, posmatrano na celom uzorku, a zatim uzimajući u obzir sociodemografske varijable kao što su: pol, starost, dužina radnog staža i pozicija u organizaciji i sl.

Istraživanje je izvršeno u oktobru 2019. u kome je učestvovalo 67 ispitanika u proizvodnoj kompaniji. U posmatranom uzorku, 79.1% ispitanika zaposleni su na pozicijama koje nisu rukovodećeg tipa, dok je 20.9 % ispitanika obavlja posao na rukovodećoj poziciji. Podaci dobijeni ispitivanjem analizirani su u Microsoft Excel-u i IBM SPSS Statistics Data Editor (verzija 20) pri čemu rezultati analiza ukazuju na postojanje povezanosti između karakteristika lidera i angažovanja zaposlenih.
