Acquiring knowledge, competencies and academic skills in the field of occupational safety in interventions. Developing creative abilities and mastering specific practical skills in the field of occupational safety in interventions

Ability to solve concrete problems from the field of occupational safety in interventions. Mastering the methods, procedures and processes of applying acquired knowledge in the field of occupational safety in interventions. Development of skills and proficiency for applying the principles of occupational safety and health at work. Ability to critically and self-critical thinking and approach in solving problems related to the implementation of the process of protection at work in interventions.

Emergencies - Basic concepts, classification, characteristics. Nature and causes of human errors. Methods for quantification of human error. Methods of Human reliability management. Education as a preventive measure in the system of safety and interventions management. Basic concepts of occupational safety and health. The concept of equipment for interventions and rescue. Equipment classification. Specific equipment. Maintenance of equipment for interventions.

Teaching is done with modern didactic means and methods, interactive in the form of lectures and auditory exercises. In addition to lectures and exercises, consultations are also held regularly. The lectures show the theoretical part of the material accompanied by characteristic examples for easier understanding of the subject matter. At the practice exercises, the acquired knowledge from the lectures is practically applied.
