Creating a professional portfolio managers through an interactive process of working with a counselor who helps managers, team and organization in the view of professional goals and achievement.Profesionalni portfolio is a mechanism which involves a cyclic process of career paths for managers. The aim of the portfolio is to use their own resources through a standard framework, through a continuous process of learning and implementing effective professional goals and objectives.

Students will be able to: (1) use portfolio to create new ideas, models and behaviors in cooperation with the supervisor (2) analyze the process of self-evaluation and evaluation (3) the application of methods and techniques to build a portfolio of professional identity.

Professional portfolio: definition, scope and objectives of the portfolio, the portfolio of the importance of a modern organization, portfolio design, trends in the use of a professional portfolio; The process of creating portfolios: Portfolio of professional characteristics, identification, analysis and comparison of different types of portfolios, portfolio structure for professional managers, professional development portfolio with counselors, maintenance of the portfolio; The role of a professional portfolio: a tool for self-assessment and evaluation; portfolio registry of professional goals and training for the implementation of the action plan, improving the professional status of implementation of a supervision program-coaching with managers, portfolio asset of competitive advantage; complete portfolio of work with a counselor; benefits of effective coaching-advisory process for managers and organization; Professional counseling as a professional portfolio: the role of professional advice and supervision of a professional portfolio, professional counseling aims at defining the function of the portfolio; professional counseling strategies, models of professional counseling, benefits counseling for professional growth.
