The course aims at mastering basic knowledge in the field of understanding the complex world of digital business models that enable students to understand, anticipate and adapt to dynamics and digital economy. The course aims to get a graduate management engineer to acquire competencies for creating business strategies under the conditions of the digital revolution.
Students will be able to independently develop digital business models, taking into account the value creation for target customers and taking into account the ecosystem and multilayer architecture of digital innovations.

Teaching on the subject takes place through lectures and auditorial exercises, which are accompanied by audio-visual presentations of good practice examples. In these lectures, students are introduced to the determinants of digital business models, in the theoretical sense. Auditory exercises encourage individual and group work, through simulation of specific business situations, with particular emphasis on interactive work with students.
