General concepts of development investments. Analysis of necessary conditions for the development and preparation of the investment budget. Structure development investments (a new building or machinery, technology, extension, expansion, investment and maintenance) for which the budget is compiled. Calculation of profitability budget - the impact of investment on business structures mentioned. Source documentation for budget (investment initiatives, programs, business plan), the financing of the budget (own funds, loans, banks, funds) and adjustment to new trends in budget management that involve developing various projects of this type. Legal and regulatory EU budget management. Investors institutional and economic.
