The subject aim is for students to understand the nature of conflict in society, groups and organizations, as well as responses to conflict. This course will enable students to learn the techniques of conflict management in professional life, as well as to master the techniques and exercises to reduce destructive conflict in the organization. While conflicts are observed as an unavoidable parts of organizational behaviour, the goal of this subject is for students to learn how to manage conflicts and utilize their contructive energy.

Students are trained to independently interpret and summarize the concepts of conflict management, and the application of these concepts to new situations in which they will be found in the business environment. Students will gain the necessary skills to cope with the many challenges associated with conflict in organizations, as well as problem solving skills and conflict management.
