The subject aims to enable students to understand the phenomena, processes and issues relevant to all forms of physical, psychological, organizational and procedural protection of employees in organizations.
Students are enabled to independently create plans and procedures necessary for the multidimensional protection of employees in organizations. Students will gain the necessary skills to cope with many challenges involved in the work and activities of employees, and skills necessary for successful cooperation with other relevant departments in organizations.
- Safety and health in the workplace - definition of procedures to ensure safety in the workplace - employees' rights in the workplace - Coordination of all services in the organization involved in the protection of health and the rights of employees - OHSAS standard - evaluation of the behavior of employees compared to other employees, their productivity and their rights - the prevention and identification of mobbing - eliminating mobbing - identifying and eliminating discrimination between employees - mediation in intra organizational conflicts - personal protective equipment (PPE) - Investigations into incidents as a basis for corrective action - creating a culture of health and safety in the organization - unions and association employees
