Train students in basic principles of animation, gaining practical experience in animation and establishing of theoretical foundations as a means to gain a better understending of animation.
Making a solid base for greater quality in work of computer animator. Apply animation techniques in further education and professional work.
Train students in basic principles of animation and establishing of theoretical foundations are done through lectures. Lectures topics are based on analysing examples from classical animation and theoretical articles in areas of cinematography and animated movies. Practical experience is gained through digital cut-out animation. Students learn how to animate objects, characters and lip syncronisation.
Lectures and exercises. Consultations. Exam grade is summary of lessons attendance and works from exercises during semester.
