Basics of power systems economics in deregulated environment, participants and economics of open electricty market. Technical and economic analysis of construction and operation of power facilities, economic utilization and exploitation of power facilities in deregulated environment. Advanced technologies for automation and establishment of smart power grid. Technical and economic anaysis of smart grid automation, benefits of automation, total cost of investment and exploitation during the lifetime, profitability.
