1. Educational goal: mastering the basic knowledge of the psychological basis of the perception of works of art as well as psychological processes during the creation of the artwork. Also, the goal of teaching is to examine their own potentials which would enable the process of creating artistic work to provide higher quality.
2. Educational Outcomes (Acquired Knowledge): Students will be able to analyze the process of creating an artwork; Apply knowledge in psychology to the creation of artistic work; Identify needs for certain artistic content; Offers quality programs for the improvement of creativity; Recognize the new needs of jobs on the market resulting from knowledge in the psychology of art.
Content / structure of the subject: Theoretical foundations of psychology of art; The role of culture in the psychology of art; Psychology of observation; The role of personality characteristics in the creative process; Skills; Emotions and creativity; Motivation for excellence; Creativity; Innovation; Creative problem solving; Working in teams; Development of competences and talents; Conflicts and stress.
4. Methods of teaching: The teaching includes lectures with examples and exercises based on group work through team discussions, workshops, case studies.
