UZROCI NASTANKA SPORNIH SITUACIJA NA PROJEKTU IZMEĐU IZVOĐAČA I PODIZVOĐAČA I NJIHOVA PREVENCIJA

Apstrakt
Predmet master rada predstavlja ispitivanje uzroka nastanka spornih situacija na projektu između izvođača i podizvođača i njihova prevencija. Cilj je da se istraže faktori, koji utiču na sporne situacije između izvođača i podizvođača, i da se identifikuju mere i strategije koje bi mogle da pomognu u prevenciji i sprečavanju sporova. Metodološki deo rada predstavlja empirijsko istraživanje iz oblasti razmatranih tema. Od empirijskih metoda je primenjena metoda ispitivanja. Podaci su prikupljeni putem onlajn ankete, koristeći Gugl upitnik (Google Forms). Primenjena je kombinacija Delfi istraživanja sa rezultatima kvantitativnog istraživanja.
