Students learn the concepts of object-oriented programming platforms with an emphasis on .NET platform.
Students gain knowledge of object-oriented programming using the C-sharp programming language They gain knowledge of developing standalone GUI applications using .NET technologies. Advanced concepts of OOP and GUI applications: generic data types, graphic components, accessing to relational databases.
Introduction to .NET platform / C# syntax / WPF technology / WPF data binding / working with databases / custom controls / data validation / .NET programming patterns
Lectures. Computer practice. Consultations. The examination is oral. The final grade is formed on the basis of achievement in the laboratory practice classes and oral examination.
