The goal of Human Resource Management course refers primarily to introduce students to the role and importance of human resources in work processes. Modern trends in the business all indicate the need for more study of human personality characteristics and behavior of employees in organizations. Terms of increasingly rapid and complex changes in human activity puts into the foreground. Human capital that is the basis of the other segments of the intellectual capital of the organization, requires the construction of special access, especially in conditions of instability, in which our country stands. The course is aimed at a general meeting with all the factors that determine the behavior of employees and understanding the possibilities for their optimal functioning.
The task of the course is that the students affected by the formation of attitudes and work values ??that could contribute to the creation of quality jobs and employment. Students are expected to review all relevant factors that contribute to high-quality performance, and the creation of knowledge about the capabilities and managerial procedures that would create the conditions for successful and quality business.

Teaching is done interactively, with the active participation of students in the teaching process. Increased number of exercises with the aim of theoretical approaches and practical approach and explain to students.
