Establishing the basic knowledge about term, types and forms of scene design. Getting awareness of relationship among scene design and other artistic disciplines.

Students ability to follow, understand and evaluate contemporary production in the field of scene design. Ability to apply acquired knowledge in the area of scene architecture and technique.

Review of basic phenomena in various types of scene design. Creative components in scene design work: text – creative concept – production and realisation – artistic event – exploitation.
